This was such a motivating read this afternoon - perfect timing after my first-ever PT session this morning! We focused on building a total body workout to increase muscle (since my Bio Age says I’m on the lower end for muscle - who knew?!). After six months away from the gym and perimenopause showing up, it feels like the right moment to reconnect with strength and movement in a way that truly supports me. Excited to see where this journey leads!
