Yes, it’s time.
For years I’ve been to doctor after doctor with bizarre complaints and zero answers. I’ve been tested for rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, COPD, and various other things. Turns out, I have a little affliction called perimenopause.
You’d think, since half the population goes through the midlife transition, maybe doctors would be helpful. Most aren’t. It’s not their fault: there’s a gaping hole in medical school education.
We’ll be talking about all that and more. We’ll be shouting and laughing and commiserating. We’ll be sharing tips, information, and stories. In other words, we’ll be the community I wish I had when this craziness began for me.
If you follow me on my other publication, What Are the Chances?, you know strange things happen to me and I write about them, often humorously. I’ll be doing that here, too, but we’ll also be having live events, guest speakers, and downloadable sheets you can use in your own journey.
This publication is a paid membership community.
We’re talking about personal things, and sometimes intimate details. We don’t want to attract lookie-loos. This space is for women who genuinely need support, want comraderie, and will give and take to make this community maximally helpful and special. Paid membership protects everyone’s privacy the best way I know how.
